Tudiah!!! DAY 10 in Dubai, 24 February 2007. Mrasalah satgi, I mean, esok, 24 April, kan? Haiyoyoh! 2 bulan lepas balik pong tak siap² lagi citer Middle East mek nih ka? Mati la org tu buat semua sekali guih satu entry tak berepisode bagai, kan Mak Imah Leng? Lalalalala lariiiiiiiiiiiii!!! (Mek busy u ols! Keje keje keje - sampai mek rasa cam nak DQ off blog sajork! OPS!)
So anyways, berbalik pada citer Day 10. Day 10 started off quite late utk mek. Mek missed my breakfast katanya since mek bangun pon lepas kui 10pg, dosi habis time breakfast. Cimpeng tul BBD, Abang Long dan Abang Sepupiew mek turun breakfast, haram aku tak sedaq. Katanya depa "Dah tidoq mampuih, kejut nak suruh mangkit pun jenuh 10 kali pon hagham tak mangkit²"... MOTIF!? Mek tidoq lambat sangat ka semalam itiew? Ke kot mek penat kots... hurm... serious mek kong, tak sedaq pa per pong. Sedaq² the Filipino housekeeping guy yang mek dosi noticed 2 hari dah, yang candiew itiew, termasuk nak kemas bilik. Dia tak sedaq mek dalam bilik baru dok mengeliat nak mangkit. Tak pa la. Dah alang² masuk, kemas la kan. Mek nak memandians... KATANYA la kan, tapi capai camera katanya, percobaan nak snappy² paparazzi... DARN! Tak mengena - dah la lupa off FLASH! OPS!

Actually by Day 9, I would have to say, keje² ticketing upgrading and purchasing for the remainders of the group yang ade yang tak confirm bagai semua tu, dah 98% completed. Sebab tu, as DAY 9 bermula, Abang Long ngan Mek dah girang lite² and can mula enjoy the trip (its about bloody time! Asyik la kami dok buat keje lari kehulur kehilir - sampai nak enjoy sikit pong dinch bols katanya! Sentap tak!? Hahaha...) Namun, walaupun dah 98% keje dah nak selesai, still, mek ade that 2% nak kena siapkan by phone. So happy pon, happy la jugak - tapi calls, tetap kena buat. Hehehe mati la bill! LALALALA!
Day 9 bermula dengan breakfast - yang mek lupa nak snappy² sebab mek rushing mushing nak arrangekan the bus for the group nak pi shopping lagi, dan mek nak kena pi collect tickets apa tah kat airport. So lepas dah had my quick breakfast, mek lari pi ke airport, and lepas tu, buat apa yang patut - tetiber, katanya, BBD called...
"Tak yah balik hotel. Tunggu kami pi amek..."
MOTIF!? Mai amek mek kat airport? Nak pi mana? Nak buat apa tatau?

Kehadiran DAY 8 membuatkan mek SEDIKIT jer less-stressed katanya sebab hari nih, mek ala ala akan bawak the remaining group yang stayed back kat Dubai instead of balik terus tu (dalam 20 pax jer) gi shopping! Yes, DAY 8 = SHOPPING day. Tapi mek tak lah ikut the group seharian suntuk sebab mek kena rush gi airport. Why? Haiyoh! Banyak lagi tak settled time tu - 3 pax dalam group tu still tak confirm seat balik dengan group MB. So mrasalah mek kena ke pejabat Emirates dan Airport selalu. But sebelum mek membusykan diri di sana, mek bawak the group pi jalan² shopping bagai dulu.

Sorry yer you ols - mek lama tak update pasal my Middle East trip entries iniey. Busy la u ols. Hiks! Anyways, now, mek kembalian, utk mencerits kan mengenai DAY 7!!! Mrasa!
Day 7 dimulakan dengan mek terselayas bangun lewat - yes u ols! Gara² the medications and really tired bagai tu, kan... mek terus terlewat bangun on Day 7. Scheduled time for the group to brangkat kuar dari hotel was at 10am. Mek bangun at 9am! Mati la dengan berebut bilik airnya lagi dengan sepupu mek dan abang long mek, mana lagi dengan nak pack (yes, mek terlupa nak clearkan my stuffs and pack bagai the night before tu - so ala ala semuanya nak kena buat pagi tu jugak - mananya tak kelam kabut, kan!?) BBD dosi turun bawah ke lobby, breakfie and also settling stuffs with the hotel bersama our agents. Me, Abang Long and Abang Sepupu mek dok kelam kabut dalam bilik - and by the time kami turun, dosi 9.30am. Terus breakfast bersama the delegates - ado yang dah habis breakfast, ado yang tgh breakfast, ado yang baru nak breakfast and tidak ketinggalan - ADO JUGAK yang BARU turun nak breakfast. Motif?! Overslept also kah!? Hiks!

Yes u ols! Actually, DAY 6 started VERY early for me - seawal jam 12.01AM katanya kan. Dengan tak tidur dok monitor system tu la, dengan berpacking bagai while the three, dearest men in my family (BBD, Abang Long and Abang Sepupiew mek itiew) berdengkur tak hengatkan donia, sambil dah mek telan 3 gelas Nescafe, confirmarsi lah mek dinch mampu ketidurans.
So as early ast 6.30am mek dah turun pi breakfast awai², isikan peruts before the rest of the delegations turun and suasana akan sebok dengan process checking out bagai. And yes, pagi nih, mek breakfast, zipzapzoom sajork; snappy² apo pon dah idok sebab mek nak cepat and record ok, sepanjang trip nih, DAY 6 merupakan breakfast PALING cepat mek pernah makan. Hiks! Less than 15 minutes sajork! ! Tak leh u ols - kejap lagik, by the time nak check out bagai, aiyoh, confirmarsi busy. Dengan settlement of the room bills lah, consumptions of minibar la, phones la itu nih, X 30++ pax - ko tak nangis!? Bagasi lagi and all - and to get them together semua, aiyoh! Bukan satu dua kepala jer nih u ols - berdoyon! So I can't afford to slack tang mana² yang tak perlu. Dah la issue kes flight tickets yang dinch confirm Business Class seats lagi, apatah lagi dibebankan dengan kes tukaq flight tu tukaq flight nih yang never end - AIYOH! Mek just settlekan mengikut priority. Prioritynya sekarang to secure the good names of those yang berpangkat atasan utk dapat Business Class dari Alexandria ke Dubai nanti. Eh, motif mek melalut pasal kesah DAY 7 sedangkan DAY 6 pon belom citer!? Hahahaha...

Today, was actually a bit of a boring day. Yeap - after a very exciting day 4 yesterday itiew, today, Day 5 - mek kembali buat keje mek! ! Yes u ols! Hotel- Airport- Agency- Airport- Hotel katanya. Yeap - ini lah dia, tugas diperantauan! Hehehehe. Alah u ols, lagi pun today, the group ado la agenda formal diaorang pi melawat itiew melawat iniey - and YES u ols, hari iniey lah MB Kedah punye group (led by Abang Long) tiba di Cairo setelah bertolak dari Penang - Singapore and direct to Cairo witha short transit in Dubai katanya. So pagi nih very der very formal la for the group - except for moi, my cousin and BBD of course. Kami tadak kena mengena dan nan ado kaitan, motif nak berformal wear bagai!? Hehehehe... kan!? So baik la kami makan sajork in our casual wear. Hiks!

After looking forward to only breakfast jer yesterday - today, mek was like looking forward to breakfast and also what's happening AFTER breakfast! Hiks! Hari nih dikatakan mek amek break dari my routine lari pi mai pi mai ke airport tu sebab the 1st four groups all dah sampai and all dah ready nak bergerak tour as a group today, except for Abang Long's 5th Group yang scheduled to depart from Penang TODAY itself and mrasa sampai ke Cairo esok, 19th - so, kaedahnye, BBD cakap boleh jer mek nak join tour hari nih and esok sambung balik routine lari pi mai pi mai airport/ agency and airline ticketing counters... hiks!
So breakfast - as usual lah - mek pelahap tak hengat donia. Tapi mek lupa nak snap few pics. Sedar² - "LAHHH! Aku dah makan rupanya..." Motif dahhh jadik kesah macam Belle and the group pi Bali ngan aku - sebelum meals sampai sebok nih nak snappy² pics makanan. Makanan sampai jer, punya la pelahap makan semua lupa bab gambar. Tapi tu ok gak la kirenye sebab dipertengahan makan tu baru teringat nak snappy². Ini tak - meals mek dah tinggal PINGGAN KOSONG baru teringat nak snappy². Camner? Terpaksa lah mek snappy² pinggan kosong itiew! !

Today, was actually looking forward to BREAKFAST only sebab lepas breakfast, ke mana kah mek? Hehehe ke AIRPORT! Sambut group ke 3 dan also buat some airline/ ticketing work with Emirates Ticketing office kat Cairo International Airport. Tak per. Lagipun the group yang ade hari nih, nak tunggu the 3rd and 4th group to arrive by today so that esok day 4, baru semua akan pi shopping (except for group 5 of course la kan). So in a way, mek don't missed out anything much today. Lagipun depa ada diaorang punye own meetings and agendas nak disiapkan dengan the students. So biarkan...

By the time kitaorang semua departed from KLIA to Dubai, and onwards to Cairo, it was also day 2 dos katanya. Hiks! Mek as usual, seated in Economy sajork sebab Business Class full. Kalau tak full, ada gak chance nak upgradekan diri mek last minute bayao fare differences katanya, kan? Hiks! Tapi mek jenis tarkik sangat lah - janji sampai Cairo also, kan? Bukannya tak comfy pong, kan?
Flight departed on time? ADO!? Emirates ALWAYS la NEVER on time la departure. Mek hairan la why the airline ALWAYS dapat among the best airlines in the world, sedangkan departure, NEVER ON SCHEDULED TIME OF DEPARTURE! Mek sangat sentap when it comes to tak depart on time. Kalau ade long transit in Dubai before the next departing flight, tak pe la jugak. Buat nya ada MINIMAL transit time, how?! Haiyoh! Bab tu mek hangin! Tapi hangin lite² sajork sebab mek dosi detected crew candiew - OPS!

15 FEB 2007 - DAY 1: PENANG - KUALA LUMPUR
Trip kali nih mrasa mek bawak Kedah State delegates which includes the Menteri Besar katanya, State Secretary, State Financial Officer and kaum kerabat Kedah Civil Servants and also YBs² katanya. Yes u ols - group formal katanya. Diaorang nih ade urusan visiting students Kedah yang melanjutkan pelajaran mereks di Mesir itiew. Memang this group buat lawatan yearly or once in two years, and so mrasalah this time around agency mek yang ditugaskan utk handlekan group besau ini (dalam 40 pax all together) yang ado 5 groups departing. Why 5? Don't ask. Complicated mek nak cerits. Itu last minute, ini last minute, itu change flight, ini flight connecting penuh - aiyoh! INI lah yang mek dok been busy sepanjang bulan December, January and sampai ke awal bulan February. Katanya seorang teman mek yang also mengendalikan agency pelancongan... "Ko kalau buat group government, haaa - masak lah kau! Itu kejap, ini kejap, cancel itu, tambah ini, sampai 48 hours before the actual day ko nak depart tu pun, jgn terkejut kalau ade perubahan itu ini..." Aiyoh! Memang u ols! Mek sampai the night before I departed tu pun, still busy at the office sampai ke tgh² malam dengan BBD (big boss daddy), abang long, my cousin and my agent(s)... *sigh*
